With Summit Ridge Capital, Scott ran Bullet Trade Services before the sale to a private equity investor in June 2023. Scott is currently active on the board of Summit Water and Mainway Metalworks.
Prior to Summit Ridge Capital, Scott led Canada Pension Plan Investment Board’s consumer/retail direct private equity team. Earlier in his career Scott worked for Oliver Wyman, a global management consultancy as well as Launchworks, a venture capital firm. Scott holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.
Scott has a wife and two teenage girls. In his spare time he enjoys travel with his family, coaching hockey, and playing tennis.
As a partner with Summit Ridge, Shane’s focus is on building great companies through both organic growth and acquisitions. Shane is currently CEO of Summit Water and a director of Mainway Metalworks.
Prior to Summit Ridge Capital, Shane held executive roles in the software and building products industries. Earlier in his career Shane worked in investment banking and corporate finance roles in Canada and Europe. Shane holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.
In his spare time, Shane chauffeurs his two boys to hockey rinks, plays old-timer hockey and enjoys golf.
Sean is currently CEO of Mainway Metalworks and a director of Summit Water.
Sean has held executive or director roles with several companies, including CEO of Egan Visual, an office products manufacturer. As a partner with Carpedia, a management consulting firm, Sean advised over a hundred manufacturing, distribution and service companies on achieving profitable growth through business process improvement and revenue enhancement strategies. Sean holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and is a CPA.
In his free time, Sean enjoys biking, boating and travel adventures with his wife, son and daughter.
