BURLOAK TOOL AND DIE COMPLETES TWO ACQUISITIONS

Burloak Tool and Die (“Burloak”) is pleased to announce the completion of two acquisitions in Ontario;
Armactool, a tool & die plant in St. George, and Cadtek, a Toronto-based metal stamper.
“These two acquisitions will significantly strengthen our platform in the tool and die industry”, says Sean Brown, CEO of Burloak. “Armactool has expertise with large complex stamping dies of all types and will significantly increase Burloak’s fabrication capacity. Cadtek will add stamping capacity as well as
post-stamping value-added services including welding and packaging.”
